  • How long will it take to get my photos ?
    Great question! You'll receive your photos within 5-7 days
  • Why do I have to pay a deposit?
    The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time. If you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that period. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, leaving your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.
  • What is branding photography ?
    Branding photography provides you with the engaging content to convert your audience to customers. It takes a variety of engaging content to be successful — from the big picture to the little details. Visual content (photos and video) tell your brand story and draw in your audience giving your written message the opportunity to guide them toward becoming a customer and see your value
  • Who is branding photography for?
    Branding photography is perfect for creatives, entrepreneurs or solopreneurs, small to medium sized business, and independent brand builders. It is for any business leader with a vision to grow and thrive. Especially those that are ready for an organized and elevated presence on the web and social media.
  • Do you offer photography services outside the listed categories?
    Yes! I do if you have other photography needs that fall outside of branding, portraits, or couples. Just fill out the contact form and let me know what you're looking for and we can determine if I can meet your needs.
  • Do you have makeup or hair stylist?
    I don't have them on staff. However, I have a list of preferred stylist that I can refer you to to help you look your best on shoot day.
  • When do I pay the remainder? Can I pay all up front?
    The remainder of your session is due immediately following your shoot before we both depart. No images will be delivered until the final payment has been made. The way my booking system is set up is in two increments: deposit + final payment.
  • What happens when there is inclement weather?
    If the weather is crazy/ I end up sick or you end up sick/ etc. we will put your deposit toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. If you have booked a branding, portrait, or session and need to reschedule your session, your deposit can be put toward a re-schedule as long as I am notified within 7 days of your session. I get it— life happens. However, if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your deposit is not refunded.
  • Can I bring a friend to be my hype person?
    We love a hype-man/woman. Yes, bring a friend, parent, or significant other! Whoever can cheer you on + whatever will make you feel more comfortable, go for it!
  • Do I get to select the images?
    No. Part of my job is making the image selects and choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, blurry, or out of focus, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking. I have no reason to withhold any images if there are additional ones I think you would enjoy! I am on your side, I promise.
  • Can I have the unedited or raw files?
    No.
